The conference kicked off on October 6th with the annual golf tournament at the fabulous Edgewood Country Club. 

Early registration took place on October 6th from 1 to 6 pm and in the evening the hospitality suite was open.

On October 7th the conference began rolling forward with late registration in the morning from 730 am to 9 am.

Opening Ceremonies were introduced by Ken Hutchison, WSATI Northern Chapter President.  CHP Commissioner Spike Helmick then gave a presentation.  NICB representatives Ralph Lumpkin and Mark Stowell gave a presentation followed by CHP Investigative Services Section Lieutenant Greg Williams.  Following lunch, breakout sessions began.  That night, the hospitality suite was opened and there was a barbecue buffet.

On October 8th, additional training in various breakout sessions continued throughout the day.  That night, the hospitality suite was open and the closing ceremonies and banquet were held.

There were also several Spousal activities ongoing during the conference, a cruise on the lake and gambling tournaments.
