| The 19th Annual San Diego County ATAC Vehicle Theft
Recovery Officer of the Year Awards Brunch took place on Wednesday, March
25th, 2009 0930 hours at The
Prado at Balboa Park, 1549 El Prado, San Diego.
The 19th Annual Orange County ATAC Vehicle Theft Recovery Officer of the Year Awards Brunch took place on Thursday, May 28th, 2009 0900 hours at the Irvine Marriott in Irvine.
Sponsored by the Auto Theft Advisory Committee (A.T.A.C.), a partnership between law enforcement, insurance, and other auto-related companies to reduce auto theft. A.T.A.C. is a subcommittee of the Western States Auto Theft Investigators Association, Southern Chapter. A.T.A.C. sponsors a Recovery Officer of the Year Awards Presentation in both Orange County and San Diego County. These awards presentations honor the top recovery officer
at each Police Department, Sheriff's Station, and Highway Patrol Station
in each county.
