1998 A.T.A.C. Officer of the Year Award Winners

Each of the Officers and Deputies listed above were honored for recovering the most stolen vehicles at their agencies during 1998. 

The Top Three Honorees were:

Officer Bill Allison of the Garden Grove Police Department was honored as the
Officer recovering the most stolen vehicles throughout the entire county.

Officer James Geist of the Santa Ana Police Department was honored as the Officer recovering the second most stolen vehicles in the county. 

Deputy Keith Prinzing of the Orange County Sheriffs Department - West Division was honored as the Officer recovering the third most stolen vehicles in the county.
