WESTERN STATES AUTO THEFT
INVESTIGATORS ASSOCIATION
SOUTHERN CHAPTER
"THE BENT SCREWDRIVER AWARD"

The following individuals have received the coveted "Bent Screwdriver" Award from their peers within the Western States Auto Theft Investigators (WSATI) Association, Southern Chapter.

The award is presented to individuals within the organization that at some time or another, for some reason unknown, have erred in their judgment and were seen by others as "screwing up" something.

The award is not always given out because "screw ups" don't happen all the time.  On the other hand, there may be multiple winners at one meeting because "screw ups" happen many times.

If you are a chapter Officer or a member of the Board of Directors, you are almost guaranteed to be a winner of the award some time in your tenure.

The lucky winner keeps possession of the award until another member is deemed to be deserving of the recognition associated with the award.
