Billy Jack Osborn, age 62, died at Jane Phillips Hospice Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on November 2, 1990. He had recently retired after 32 years with State Farm in the Southern California Region. Bill was born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He was survived by his wife, Lynn (Vaughn) Osborn and stepdaughter, Nichole, both of Bartlesville; sons Thomas and Michael, daughter Suzan, and eight grandchildren, all from Southern California. Bill was interred with his parents in Beggs, Oklahoma. A Memorial has been established to: Hospice
Bill retired on January 18, 1990 on his 62nd birthday. He was a member of the Orange County Auto Theft Investigators, the Western States Auto Theft Investigators, the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators, the San Diego Auto Theft Investigators Association, and the International Association of Special Investigation Units. For many years he edited the OCATI and WSATI newsletters. He was a past Claim Manager and Auto Theft Unit Supervisor for the State Farm Regional Office in Costa Mesa, California. |
