Our car was just stolen out of our driveway early this morning, May 7, 2011, while we were sleeping.  It must have happened some time between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m.  We live in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.  We have a gated driveway, the chain was broken on the gate, it was manually opened and we think that the car must have been rolled out of the driveway, cause it has a pretty loud engine noise and we or our dog would have heard it.  The details of the car are below:

Great news!  Our 1966 Mustang Fastback GT was found today 2 Apr 11 in Fresno, CA.  Minor damage to drivers door and steering wheel was cut. Battery was stolen but so far no other damage noted except for a little high speed wear.  Hopefully the engine and transmission has no damage but is still to be determined.

Thank you so very much for your posting on this website as one cannot appreciate it's importance until you actually experience a classic car theft.  I had thought for sure the car would either have been in a chopshop or in a container to be shipped.  Our nightmare is over and truly hope for recovery of every vehicle you have listed.  God bless!
