1956 Buick Century 4 Door
Case Detective Mike O'Boyle - (951) 826–3263 During the month of April 2009, an automotive shop on Main Street in Riverside closed down. Unfortunately the owner took several customer vehicles with him to parts unknown. I was able to get one car returned which someone dropped off at the car stereo shop at 5 points (La Sierra and Hole). The shop owner made statements to the victim he was opening a new business somewhere near Tyler Street. It’s possible the car may be at one of the small lots around 5 points. |

There were two men seen, one African American man, possibly in his 50s, about 160 lbs, with a ball cap and a goatee. This man was the driver of the vehicle. The other man was described to be Caucasian, grey hair, 6 foot tall with a slender build in his 60s. If you have any information, please contact Detective Mitch Phillips at (714) 754-5379. Car was in mint condition with dark tan interior.
All original parts. Automatic Transmission.
Stolen from 4200 Block of Redwood Ave, Marina Del Rey, CA on March 19th at 6:30 pm. The car was stolen by 2 men who drove up in a maroon Chevy Geo. This is an unusual color for a Geo and was probably a custom paint job. The entire thing was recorded on a security camera. Thank you for your help, we are praying we find it. Sincerely, Jon Rahman Case # 091409152 - Detective Bret Johnson - (310) 482-6352 |

Good evening, Officer Thompson. I was the victim of a burglary here in Tucson last week. In the process, the perpetrators stole my 1965 Chevy C-10 1/2 ton pick up. This truck was originally purchased by my father in 1965 and due to his recent passing, the truck was left to me. I would like to request your services, please, in placing the attached pictures of the truck in your officers briefing paperwork, if you would.
I would like to thank you in advance for your efforts and assistance on recovering my cherished pickup. Thank you, Scott McCaw 1965 Chevrolet C-10 1/2 Ton Pickup

Although this car may not fit the strict definition of a classic, it could lead to some of the other true classics that are on your list. These cars are highly sought after, Jay Leno and Sean Penn own one (both stolen and recovered). It was the fastest accelerating production car of the 80's, 13.9 seconds in the quarter mile. Here is the information on my car for your consideration. Year, Make, Model: 1987 Buick Regal T-Type
